1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 1betbdt ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1betbdt.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By creating an account on 1betbdt, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1betbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1betbdt platform and, if you have an active account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to 1betbdt and all of its products — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. 1betbdt operates a strict minimum age policy of 18+. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is enforced through identity verification procedures.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your access to 1betbdt is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of 1betbdt or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an account permanently suspended by 1betbdt for any reason.

1betbdt employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) at any point, including but not limited to during initial registration, before your first withdrawal, or following any flagged account activity.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 1betbdt's products and services, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1betbdt at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 1betbdt will permanently suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings. Players suspected of maintaining multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses will be subject to immediate investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 1betbdt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1betbdt will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 1betbdt accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

1betbdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to complete the verification process within the time frame specified in the verification request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. Verification documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1betbdt are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process. 1betbdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment channels:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 1betbdt at the platform level, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 1betbdt wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 1betbdt does not charge fees on deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 1betbdt bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.3 above. Withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed within 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. Requests submitted after 9:00 PM BST will be processed the following business morning. 1betbdt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

1betbdt is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws. All players are required to use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals — where the payment account is held in a name different from the registered 1betbdt account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on 1betbdt are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event, as published on the platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any conflict between a general rule stated in these Terms and a sport-specific or game-specific rule, the sport-specific or game-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that event or game.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not deemed accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 1betbdt reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed at an erroneously published odds price, where there is suspected manipulation of the event or market, or where a system error has affected the odds or market availability.

5.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, the following additional rules apply: a match must be completed to the number of overs specified in the pre-match market rules for bets to stand. In the event of an abandonment, postponement, or reduction in overs that falls below the required threshold, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Live (in-play) cricket bets are final once accepted and displayed as confirmed; bets placed during delayed data feeds are subject to review and may be voided at 1betbdt's discretion.

5.3 Slots & Casino Games

All slot and casino game outcomes on 1betbdt are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our game providers, which include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all titles are available within each game's information panel. 1betbdt does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — game results are produced independently by the certified RNG systems of each provider.

6. Bonus & Promotions Terms

1betbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed the account registration and, where required, the identity verification process.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus expiry period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to bets used to satisfy wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• 1betbdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a player's account, the player will retain the portion of wagering requirements already completed, and the remaining bonus balance will be removed.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using multiple accounts, exploitation of promotion structures to generate risk-free returns, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1betbdt platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other automated means to access, place bets on, or interact with the 1betbdt platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 1betbdt platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of a sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 1betbdt customer support staff or other users of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to support and will be subject to review and potential voiding.

8. Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your 1betbdt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before an account closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the payment method on file. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in the account dashboard before submitting a closure request. 8.2 Closure by 1betbdt

1betbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it determines that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false information, is suspected of money laundering, or represents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, 1betbdt may withhold account balances pending investigation and is not obligated to return funds that are subject to a fraud investigation or legal proceedings.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. 1betbdt will notify the account holder by email prior to classifying the account as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to the account balance to cover administrative costs. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps. The real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will always be available for withdrawal upon reactivation.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 1betbdt platform, you agree to first contact the 1betbdt support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution informally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by 1betbdt from time to time.

1betbdt makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Access to the platform from territories where online gambling is unlawful is entirely at the player's own risk and responsibility.
